Product Warranties

Products Shipment
The products will be shipped to the address which is set by the individual customer when submitting the order. For orders exceeding 300 euro transport costs are borne by the company.
Risk of damage or destruction of the Products
The shipped products are covered by insurance against damage or loss during transport. That security expires once the product is delivered to the customer.
Returns / Withdrawal

Returns of products sold through our company website under the following circumstances:

In case of an advance in any form of payment, for an order that includes products with availability status "on demand" there will be no right of withdrawal.
